Tasting Notes
Pale greenish yellow, silver glints. Tobacco, soft notions of yellow apples, a hint of mango and blossom honey, and delicate hints of candied orange zest. Complex, with rather opulent fruit, white pear, a fine acidity structure, mineral and persistent, marked by an expressive fruit finish. A sturdy supper accompaniment.
