Tasting Notes

91+
Tasting from 12.09.2025: Ulrich Sautter

On the nose, a finely nuanced bouquet of freshly buttered corn, yellow apple and apple peel, fresh orange, white flowers, nutty hints, and lemon zest. The palate is full-bodied and juicy, with a dense, textural base of fruit and spice, lively acidity, pithy phenolics, and a long, saline-mineral finish, a lot of wine for a small price.
