Pale salmon pink in the glass. Smoky notes on the nose, orange peel, tangerine, raspberry, strawberry, rhubarb. Not just on the fruity side on the palate, fine savouriness to the fresh fruit with a mineral underpinning, finely nuanced and with great drinking flow.
