Tasting Notes
Deep, bright ruby with an opaque core and a delicate watery rim. On the nose there are aromas of fresh wild black berry, a hint of liquorice, some orange zest and a deep minerality in the background. The palate is juicy, with ripe cherry fruit, fine supporting tannins and fresh acidity. There is a touch of nougat on the long finish, then some lively red berry and lemon notes on the aftertaste.
