Very delicate pink colour. Aroma of ripe light-coloured fruit, yellow peach, apricot, Mirabelle plum and Charentais melon. Fine acidity on the palate, the sweetness is well integrated, harmonious and gluggable, again ripe light-coloured fruit, some hazelnut, with spicy dishes.
