Tasting from 02.12.2022: Peter Moser

Pale yellow green, silver reflections. Fine yellow peach fruit, some mango, delicate notes of blossom honey, a hint of meadow herbs. Juicy, elegant, fine white stone fruit nuances, some pineapple, fine acid structure, salty minerality on the finish, lime in the aftertaste, shows length and certain ageing potential.
