Fruit and spices on the nose, ripe apple, pears, quince, apricots, fresh lemon zest, herbs, lemon balm, dried mint. Full-bodied on the palate with plenty of juice, a lively acidity, a firm core, smooth, cohesive and seamless, pairs well with food.
