Aromas of plums fresh from the tree, plus blackberry and elderberry. Lots of grip on the attack, fine herbal savouriness, some coriander seeds and black pepper. Elegant, perfectly integrated, silky tannins in harmony with the ripe acidity. Long finish on dried orange and fine roasted notes.
