The white wine Stadecker Lenchen Herzstück Silvaner trocken, vintage 2012 from the winery Weingut Beck – Hedesheimer Hof has been rated in 2014 with 87 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Grüner Sylvaner from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
Slightly yeasty and distinctly floral with notes ranging from lilac to rose. Quite an unusual Silvaner bouquet, also nutmeg. Slender in extract, soft on the palate, very dry, quite harmonious in itself, although the aromas show little varietal typicity.
