A rather traditional, pale Pinot Noir colour. The aroma shows a hint of wood, caramel, a fine fruit of sweet cherry, fig compote and strawberry. There are also light herbal notes. The palate is also a classic Pinot Noir, with sinewy tannins and a slight sweetness as an underlying note as well as fresh acidity.
