Tasting Notes
Black cherry, pine needles, black pepper, peppermint, increasingly intense herbal savouriness with aeration. On the palate creaminess and very intense, warm fruits are juxtaposed with firm but ripe tannins. Juiciness and substance are in great harmony. The finish is tactile, chalky and mineral with some smoky and peppery notes.
