Tasting Notes
Herbal savouriness, quince, honeydew melon, peach, chalky minerality on the nose. On the palate there is an alternation of creaminess and substance, dense extract, mineral savouriness, salty, slightly peppery, beautiful fruit, elegant, still very young, and already long on the palate.
