Tasting from 11.10.2024: Ulrich Sautter

Herbal, savoury aromas of ripe forest fruits, blackberry, raspberry, a hint of bitter liqueur, smoke, clove and cedar wood. Concentrated on the powerfully built palate with substance, energy, savouriness and minerality. Reveals itself to be profound and long, nonconformist, individual. Good length.
