A smoky scent of shell limestone, followed by yellow fruit, Mirabelle plum, vineyard peach. Full-bodied palate, dense with a delicate bitter note, a hint of carbonic acid, but also a limestone mineral tingle, powerful palate with a juicy, subtly sweet finish.
