Tasting Notes
Concentrated nose with a wide range of yellow fruits, herbs and also darker aromas such as bay leaf and a hint of juniper berry. The clearly defined volume is accompanied by chalky minerality, good density, juiciness and consistency, warm and cool at the same time, from which it draws its tension.
More about the tastingClear volume, yet structured. The depth is complemented by juicy citrus fruit, green lime, fresh meadow herbs and a hint of mint. Here, balance and depth meet liveliness with some coolness, fine juice, grip, spice and a limestone minerality.
