Light golden yellow with silver reflections. There's a touch of tobacco spice on the nose, alongside yellow tropical fruit, orange and apple. A hint of blossom honey emerges with time. The palate shows good complexity - it's taut and elegant but still juicy, and balanced by the acid structure. The finish is pure Golden Delicious apple with a spiced twist and lingers well.
