Light golden yellow with silvery highlights. Delicate yellow apple fruit, lime zest, a hint of herbal spice, mineral notes. Juicy, white pome fruit, a refined acidity profile, well-balanced, a fresh pairing for meals, a lemony-mineral finish, already ready to drink.
