Light greenish yellow with silver reflections. Fine nuances of yellow apple, delicate honeydew melon, mineral notes, delicate lime and a hint of grapefruit zest. Medium-bodied with fine stone fruit nuances, fresh acidity and a mineral-salty finish. An elegant food companion.
