Tasting from 14.11.2021: Ulrich Sautter

Spicy and fruity nose of cassis, black cherry, peony and savourinesss as well as crushed juniper berryish and clove. Shows the warm 2015 vintage with plenty of substance and savouriness, a good portion of ripe and soft tannins lining the palate, good length.
