Tasting Notes

Tasting from 14.11.2021: Ulrich Sautter

It has an aroma of honeydew melon on the nose, as well as walnut, and some ripe berry notes. On the palate the wine displays some power, a lively acidity, plenty of juiciness, and an overall medium-weight extract. It has some lovely phenolics, and is of medium length.
