Well integrated new wood spices, savoury notes, hints of a spontaneous fermentation. On the palate, a taut structure, plenty of freshness and minerality, a lively acidity and a good density, with harmonious phenolics. A mineral chalky component, compact, will benefit from bottle ageing.
