The white wine »vom Keuper« Silvaner trocken, vintage 2015 from the winery Weingut Brügel has been rated in 2017 with 89 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Grüner Sylvaner from the region Franconia in Germany.
Herbal and spicy bouquet with notes of watercress, wood sorrel and pear slices. Very clear and yet discreet in its expression. Despite its high alcohol content, it has a fine balance of juicy peach fruit and harmoniously implemented acidity.
More about the tastingStill youthful and characterized by fermentation aromas. Some tangerine, mirabelle plum, orange zest and yellow pear. Lean and taut, fresh. Slightly creamy texture. White peach, apricot and apple. Cool style. Fine, mineral finish.
