Tasting Notes
Light green-yellow in colour. Still somewhat restrained on the nose, with hints of white stone fruit with mineral undertones, lemony nuances and some multi-faceted blossom honey. Juicy and tightly woven on the palate with a core of white fruit allied to racy structure. It appears very light-footed, with lovely citrus notes on the finish and some elegant yellow tropical fruit. It's mineral and long-lasting, made in a delicate style that's full of finesse and very ageable.
