Tasting Notes
Light green-yellow in colour. Fine white peach fruit, a hint of honeydew melon, somewhat shy bouquet, mineral undertones. Taut, lively acidity, finesse-rich structure, subtle fruit sweetness on the finish, lingers for a very long time, sure certain ageing potential for many years.
More about the tastingMedium yellow-green, silver reflections. Initially still restrained, fine white stone fruit aromas, vineyard peach, a hint of aniseed, some caraway, delicate blossom honey, multi-faceted bouquet. Complex, tightly meshed, white fruit, racy, very well-integrated acidity structure, delicate lemony component, salty minerality, always remains light-footed and fresh, already very seductive, will only benefit from bottle ageing.
