Tasting Notes
Light golden yellow, silver reflections, fine, persistent mousse. Fine yellow apple with a touch of biscuit, a hint of honeydew melon, subtle meadow herbs, nuances of tangerine zest. Substantial, fine white orchard fruit, full of finesse and fresh, with good complexity, taut finish, seems very youthful, shows persistence, has definite further development and ageing potential, equal to any top Champagne. (disgorged 21.7.2020).
