Tasting Notes

Tasting from 26.11.2019: Ulrich Sautter und Rainer Schäfer

Pureed chestnut, bee sting, subtle wood and nougat on the nose. On the palate, starting with silkiness and sweetness, then carried into the finish by a lively acid backbone, but at the same time full-bodied and with vivid soft layers, juicy and finishing with still restrained fruit. Good perspective!
