Tasting Notes
Marvellous ripeness. Expressive fruit of whitecurrants and dried apples, accompanied by mild spices. Distinctive slate minerality, firm, equally joyful and juicy structure, refreshing balance of sweetness and acidity. Pithy fruit in the savoury, enormously vital finish, which will certainly continue to grow over the next five years - which, given its current deliciousness, the inclined drinker is unlikely to allow.
