It has a pale yellow green colour, with silver reflections. On the nose there are delicate notes of meadow herbs, with a hint of yellow apple, gentle nuances of apricot, and a hint of orange zest. It is full-bodied, complex, with ripe apple fruit, a nice sweetness, a refined acidity, undertones of salty minerality, and very good length. It is already gluggable, and it has certain ageing potential.
