Tasting Notes
Rosé from Cabernet. Smells of fresh cherry, raspberry and blackberry. A serious wine that is nevertheless fun to drink, well-built with a fine tannin profile, a touch of sweetness and agile acidity. Fits on the terrace and at the table.
More about the tastingGrape sugar, blackcurrant, raspberry, very good clarity. Fresh on the palate, some carbon dioxide, a hint of tannin, dense fruit, ripe acidity, a fairly grown-up wine with salty terroir notes on the long finish. Not an easy-drinking rosé - although it certainly tastes good in large sips.
