Slightly smoky oak nuances, bitter chocolate, herbs, dark berry. On the palate, a lively vein of acidity and fine-grained tannins are carefully and quantitively extracted, with a lot of juiciness and a distinct mineral edge. A very elegant Spätburgunder.
