Apple and sweet cherry show on the nose, with slightly herbal-spicy undertones. Very good clarity indeed! Slender and juicy in the mouth thanks to the racy acidity which makes for a fresh impression with lots of tension and a slightly tactile minerality. A sophisticated terrace wine or a companion for pâtés and similar appetisers.
