The white wine »Ü30« Silvaner trocken, vintage 2020 from the winery Weingut Christian Bamberger – Steinhardter Hof has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Silvaner from the region Nahe in Germany.
On the nose apple peel, ripe pear, meadow herbs, as well as hay. On the palate, the wine shows vibrant acidity, refreshing spritz, a silky texture as well as juicy, subtle sweet fruit. The finish imparts some salinity to the overall impression.
