The white wine »Ü30 Alte Reben« Silvaner trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Christian Bamberger – Steinhardter Hof has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 90+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Silvaner from the region Nahe in Germany.
Ripe yellow apple and pear with fresh meadow herbs and dried flowers, a little hay. Substantial and full-bodied on the palate with juicy apple notes and nice mineral spice, the vivid acidity is well integrated. Very good representation of the Silvaner variety!
