The rosé »Lichtblick« Rosé trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Christian Bamberger – Steinhardter Hof has been rated in 2023 by Peter Moser, Ulrich Sauter, Otmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Benjamin Vombach, Dominik Herzog with 89+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Dorsa, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Cortis from the region Nahe in Germany.
Cherry red in the glass. Fragrant nose of sweet cherries, blackcurrants, raspberry candy, subtle herbal notes. Full-bodied on the palate, rich, ripe fruit with a hint of sweetness, clear phenolic notes and a beautiful ripe acid structure, some carbonic acid, long on the palate. A wonderful accompaniment to stronger, briefly roasted or grilled dishes.
