The sekt Brut nature, vintage 2011 from the winery Weingut Daniel Jaunegg has been rated in 2019 with 93 Falstaff points.
Tasting Notes
Light yellow-green with a fine, persistent mousse. Delicate yellow apple fruit, hints of mango, nuances of cookie dough and blossom honey. Powerful, white fruit nuances, delicately nutty texture, freshly structured, salty-mineral on the finish. A vinous, but dry style with a length finish - seems very young still. A multifaceted, elegant food companion with good aging potential.
