Medium greenish yellow, silver reflections. Restrained, delicate yellow tropical fruit, notes of black berries, blackberry leaves, hints of gooseberry. Powerful, subtle yellow apple notes, fine acidity, a hint of sweetness on the finish, mineral aftertaste, will benefit from further bottle ageing.
