Pear, chamomile blossom, some smoke, lime lemon balm and also mirabelle plum on the nose. Wonderfully juicy on the palate with a hint of phenolics. Salty flavours as well as aromas of meadow herbs. Not a soft drinker. Powerful in style with good certain ageing potential.
