Tasting Notes
Candied lemon peel, lemongrass, pineapple, and warm sand aromas. On the palate, it is fresh and crisp, densely packed with substance, very tight, and still completely embryonic. Intensely mineral, it is currently a monolith, but without being abrupt or massive. A fine savouriness plays around the solid extract core and keeps everything in flow and in suspension. A breath of greenness is positively integrated.
