Tasting Notes

92
Tasting from 25.11.2011

Dark ruby garnet, violet reflections, delicate watery rim. Dark Stollwerck caramel on the nose, black cherries, fine herbal spice, peppery touch, still somewhat reserved overall. Full-bodied, powerful and complex, somewhat brittle tannins, chocolaty finish, becomes very delicately bitter and still a touch rough on the finish, appears somewhat over-concentrated overall, still needs time.
