Tasting Notes
Pale greenish yellow. Restrained on the nose, delicate vegetal nuances, some grapefruit zest. Complex on the palate, fine minerality, still seems underdeveloped, has race, fine tropical fruit with pleasant extract sweetness, racy acidity, only a question of time, very good future potential. To drink from spring 2008.
