The sparkling wine Chardonnay Sekt brut, vintage 2018 from the winery Weingut Erich Stachel has been rated in 2020 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
Flowers on the nose, notes of walnuts and ripe pear and also stone fruit. On the palate there is beautiful texture and a fine mousse. Shows ripe acidity, good substance, and is successfully balanced. Sweet fruit on the palate. Solid - a distinguished aperitif.
