Appealing and typical varietal aromas of apple peel and fresh herbs. Grassy notes. Some cassis and coriander. The retro design of the label reveals pleasantly fresh contents. Quaffable and stimulating in the best sense of the word. A fine balance of sweetness and acidity. A light, summery drink.
