The fragrance is somewhat restrained. Nutty, with notes of pear, mirabelle plum and flowers. Fresh on the palate, fruity on the attack, then slightly spicy. The finish is somewhat manageable. The carbonic acid gives the wine a pleasant freshness. Typical of the grape variety.
