Pale yellow green. Hints of yellow tropical fruit with fresh herbal notes, a hint of pineapple, fine tobacco savouriness, dark minerality, multi-faceted bouquet. Complex, full-bodied, ripe yellow pears, pronounced in fruit texture, fine acidity, shows a convincing length, still a little baby fat, will benefit from bottle ageing, dark mineral nuances on the finish.
