Tasting Notes
Golden yellow, with a silver sheen. Hints of stone fruit and candied orange zest, ripe yellow tropical fruit, a multi-layered bouquet. Complex, full-bodied, a pleasant fruity sweetness at the core, which is well balanced by a lively acidity, mineral on the finish, a hint of lime zest, already accessible, will certainly benefit from bottle ageing.
More about the tastingDelicately cloudy, light yellow-green in colour with silver reflections. On the nose, fresh exotic white fruits, a hint of vine peach, lemon balm, and a touch of pineapple. The palate is juicy, with a silky texture and refined structure, it dances on the tongue, a very delicate style, with fine sweetness, and a saline-mineral finish, has ageing potential.
