Light yellow green colour. Intense white tropical fruit, cooked rhubarb, pickled lychee, tropical fruit sweetness. Elegant, juicy, hints of blood orange, complex, fresh acidity, delicate and mineral on the finish, a basket of tropical fruit in the aftertaste, replaces any dessert.
