Tasting Notes
Medium yellow gold. Smoky, reductive notes on the nose, damp leaves, some apple fruit underneath, fine vanilla, opens up well with air. Wood-dominated texture on the palate, with corresponding spicy hints of vanilla and cinnamon, the fruit is still somewhat underplayed here and must first really develop. A rather opulent sweet wine that still needs to mature.
