Pale yellow green, silver reflections. Dark minerality underpinned by white stone fruit, some lemongrass, guava and meadow herbs. Complex, appears light-footed, balanced acid structure, lemon salty finish, passion fruit notes in the aftertaste, lingers well, versatile, has certain ageing potential.
