Cider on the nose, oyster shell, ripe pears and mirabelle plums, caramel, lemon balm, candied lemon, orange oil. Emphatically dry on the palate with lots of juice, texture, ripe acidity and fruit, fine phenolics and mineral savouriness in good balance, as if from a single mould, good length.
