Aromas of light-coloured fruits, pear and red apple, followed by a touch of orange peel and a subtle herbal savouriness. On the palate, a fine spiciness, notes of hazelnut and grated apple, lively acidity and a delicate saltiness. A versatile, juicy and animating food wine.
